Health Update on Bhauji

Jai Meher Baba ~

The good news is that Bhauji has been liberated from tubes, lines and
IV's and is now taking all his sustenance and medications by mouth.
He has received fluids and liquefied food for the past two days and
appears to be tolerating this well.  The cardiac doctors have
discharged him from their service on a regimen of medications to help
his recovering heart and to support the function of his now weakened
heart muscle.  By Baba's Grace, Bhauji will be discharged from the
hospital on Tuesday and return to Meherana with the addition of
Douglas Hare, a registered nurse who has been staying at Meherabad and
helping Bhauji when needed, to his retinue of caregivers.  It is a
great comfort to Bhauji and the caregivers that even after leaving the
hospital he will continue to have skilled help on hand.

It appears that Bhauji has won the hearts of all the doctors and staff
at the Fresno hospital who have been giving him excellent care.  And
the amazing fact is that most of his doctors are Indian so that he has
been able to converse with them in Hindi.  Now how is that for
Avataric planning?

Although the news of Bhauji's imminent discharge is good, the
caregivers ask that you continue to honor the doctors' orders that he
be allowed to rest and recover from both the bowel obstruction and the
heart attack.  So please, do refrain from phone calls and emails but
be assured that the caregivers will continue to send out reports so
that everyone may remain connected to Bhauji's recovery.
